ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor OR College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Advanced leadership skills, delegation skills and ability to give clear instructions
• High level of decision making, communication and coordination with customers and support departments
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in all supervisory aspects
• Preferably with knowledge in ISO 1901:2015
• Required Skill: good communication, people oriented
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
• Full-time
